Flanked to the barn, that has always hosted the Alpine Brown cows in the winter months, it is its newest factory outlet.
The dedication and care with which they are produced more or less aged cheese, in accordance with animal welfare in order to achieve a high quality, make this company a well-established on the Valtellina.
The milk is processed from the farm to the dairy, with the ability to purchase products directly "carbon neutral", creating an unbreakable bond of loyalty and trust from customers.
In the summer months the herds are taken to pasture Arcoglio Aegli pastures, in the municipality of Torre S. Maria, at 1800m altitude.
Here it is produced a rich cheese such as Bitto, typical of the high alpine pastures.
